Point Nepean House is a private residential commission.
By Pandolfini Architects, the design explores sculptural forms, flowing geometry, and a restrained material palette to create a contemporary home that is both visually striking and closely connected to its surrounding landscape. The residence is defined by open, light-filled spaces, carefully framed views, and a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. Natural materials, including timber, stone, concrete, and glass, are used to create warmth, texture, and a timeless architectural character. Every element of the design has been carefully considered to balance privacy, functionality, and spatial quality while responding to the site’s natural context.
The result is a contemporary home that combines refined architectural expression with a strong connection to place, creating a calm and cohesive living environment tailored to the client’s vision.
